Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our Shaw site in Mandaluyong. You will develop and execute B2B collections strategies, engage business customers and manage accounts to secure timely payments.

You will negotiate, resolve disputes, and coordinate with senior stakeholders to drive resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a 9:00 PM–6:00 AM night shift, 100% onsite, with fixed weekends off and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year outbound sales experience; B2B background required.
• Proven track record in sales, lead generation or cold calling.
• Strong English communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented and resilient in a target-driven environment.
• Must be amenable to onsite work at Concentrix Shaw and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute collections strategies to drive timely payments.
• Build and maintain relationships with business customers to resolve payment issues.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Conduct professional negotiations to secure payment commitments and resolve disputes.
• Communicate with Finance, Procurement, HR, and Talent Acquisition to drive resolution.
• Understand customer needs to position appropriate SaaS solutions.
• Track account status, commitments, and actions in CRM and collections systems.
• Monitor performance and forecast recoveries; report risks to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate disputes impacting payment.
• Maintain accurate post-collections documentation for visibility and handoffs.
• Consistently meet or exceed targets while following policies.
