Getmeds in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Anesthesia Telesales Representative to manage B2B accounts and promote anesthesia products to professional doctors via outbound calls.

You will build relationships, present product features, address inquiries, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches. A results‑driven mindset and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience; healthcare/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills suited for professional doctors.
• Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales over the phone.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to client records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to professional doctors to introduce, promote, and sell anesthesia pharmaceutical products.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships for trust and long‑term engagement.
• Present product features, benefits, and usage information clearly, per company standards.
• Address inquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Meet and exceed telesales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
• Maintain an updated customer database and accurate call logs/records.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and launches.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new anesthesia products to improve conversations.
