Job summary

Twoconnect, a Manila-based company, seeks a Marketing Executive to own HubSpot email marketing, automation and lead nurturing, driving inbound lead generation and sales conversions. You’ll manage end-to-end campaigns, audience segmentation and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Working with Marketing, Communications and Sales, you’ll leverage data, AI tools and best practices to strengthen brand credibility, improve lead quality and deliver measurable business outcomes for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of B2B digital marketing, email marketing, marketing automation or demand generation.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub including email campaigns, workflow automation, segmentation, contact management and reporting.
• Experience developing email campaigns, lead nurturing programmes and automated workflows in a live business environment.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, lead lifecycle management, email compliance, campaign attribution and sales handover.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills, with ability to interpret marketing data and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience in online reputation management, content marketing or customer advocacy considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise HubSpot email campaigns, including audience segmentation, automated workflows, lead nurturing, A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Manage CRM contact data and prospecting workflows using HubSpot, ZoomInfo and other approved tools to support lead qualification and personalised sales outreach.
• Develop inbound marketing initiatives that increase enquiries, improve lead quality and convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
• Manage the company’s online reputation across digital platforms, monitoring reviews, ratings, mentions and AI-generated search results to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
• Support content marketing and executive thought leadership through LinkedIn strategies, content planning, publishing and AI-assisted content creation.
• Develop industry-specific case studies, client testimonials and customer success stories to support sales and demonstrate business outcomes.
• Analyse campaign and channel performance, provide actionable recommendations, and follow company policies for quality management, information security and continuous improvement.
