Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and optimize automated customer journeys in HubSpot across the entire lifecycle.

You will configure triggers, build audience segments, maintain lead scoring, and run tests to improve conversion and revenue. Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building automated marketing journeys in HubSpot.
• Experience with behavioral triggers, workflow automation, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience maintaining lead scoring models and automated lead routing processes.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages, conversion funnels, and marketing automation principles.
• Experience analyzing journey performance using conversion, engagement, and revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated, multi-branch customer journeys in HubSpot across the full lifecycle.
• Configure behavioral triggers using data signals such as pages viewed, engagement, score movement, and checkout activity.
• Build and maintain self-updating audience segments based on lifecycle stage, value tier, ICP, behavior, and engagement.
• Maintain lead scoring models and automated routing rules that pass qualified leads to Sales with context.
• Set up and execute automated journey and lifecycle tests against control groups to measure impact.
• Analyze end-to-end journeys to identify drop-off points and opportunities for automation.
• Report on journey and lifecycle performance, including conversion and revenue attribution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure journeys support engagement and handover.
