Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead HubSpot email marketing, automation, and lead nurturing to support inbound lead generation and sales conversion.

The role owns end-to-end execution of email campaigns, audience segmentation, automated workflows, contact data management, and campaign reporting, with collaboration across Marketing, Sales and Communications. You will drive inbound initiatives, strengthen brand reputation, and support content marketing and thought

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
• HubSpot Marketing Hub proficiency required.
• Experience building email campaigns and lead nurture programs.
• Strong CRM and data-driven decision skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with reputation management and content marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise HubSpot email campaigns with segmentation and automation.
• Manage CRM contact data and prospecting workflows using HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
• Develop inbound initiatives to improve lead quality and convert to opportunities.
• Support online reputation across digital platforms and monitor AI-generated results.
• Assist content marketing and LinkedIn strategies with AI-assisted content creation.
• Create case studies and testimonials to support sales outcomes.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
