Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and build automated, multi-branch customer journeys in HubSpot across the full lifecycle, including trial conversion, onboarding, engagement, winback, cart abandonment, and re-engagement.

You will configure behavioral triggers using data signals, build and maintain audience segments, and maintain lead scoring models with automated routing to Sales.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building automations in HubSpot.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing and conversion funnels.
• Experience maintaining lead scoring models and automated routing.
• Strong analytical skills for journey performance and revenue metrics.
• Ability to design multi-branch workflows across lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated, multi-branch customer journeys in HubSpot across lifecycle.
• Configure behavioral triggers using data signals like pages viewed and engagement.
• Build and maintain audience segments based on lifecycle stage and behavior.
• Maintain lead scoring models and automated routing to Sales with context.
• Set up and run automated journey tests and analyze impact on performance.
• Analyze end-to-end journeys to identify drop-offs and automation opportunities.
• Report on journey performance and revenue attribution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support engagement and handover.
