MicroSourcing is hiring a Marketing Automation Executive in Quezon City (Hybrid, Dayshift). You will design and manage automated marketing journeys in HubSpot, set up triggers, segment audiences, and optimize lifecycle marketing from onboarding to re-engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing automated marketing journeys in HubSpot.
• Experience with behavioral triggers, workflow automation, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience maintaining lead scoring models and automated lead routing processes.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages, conversion funnels, and marketing automation principles.
• Experience analyzing journey performance using conversion, engagement, and revenue metrics.

Responsabilités

• Design and build automated, multi-branch customer journeys in HubSpot across the full lifecycle.
• Configure behavioral triggers using data signals such as pages viewed and checkout drop-off.
• Build and maintain self-updating audience segments based on lifecycle stage and engagement.
• Maintain lead scoring models and automated routing rules to Sales with context.
• Set up and execute automated journey tests to measure structure, timing, and offers.
• Analyze end-to-end journeys to identify drop-off points and automation opportunities.
• Report on journey performance including conversion by stage and revenue attribution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure journeys support engagement and handover.
