MicroSourcing is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead and optimize email and multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot, with a strong focus on AI-powered automation, data hygiene, and deliverability. The role emphasizes tackling manual processes, building scalable workflows, and ensuring high-quality reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience building and deploying marketing automation campaigns, preferably using HubSpot.
• Experience with email marketing and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Experience building automated workflows, segmentation, lists, suppressions, and personalization rules.
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing and campaign QA.
• Knowledge of marketing database management, data hygiene, deduplication, and imports.
• Understanding of email deliverability, bounce rates, spam signals, and domain reputation.
• Ability to use AI and automation tools to improve campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns according to deadlines.
• Strong documentation and process management skills.

Aufgaben

• Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email and multi-channel campaigns in HubSpot.
• Use AI and automation to replace manual sends with dynamic content.
• Create progressive forms with automated follow-ups and routing.
• Identify manual processes and build automation to improve efficiency.
• Set up A/B and multivariate tests with automated execution and reporting.
• Maintain lists, suppressions, and segmentation for accurate targeting.
• Automate data hygiene, deduplication, and imports for a clean marketing DB.
• Report on campaign performance using AI-assisted insights.
• Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and domain reputation; take corrective actions.
• Document campaigns and workflows for maintainability.
