• Proven background in lead generation and sales funnels.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead management and automation.
• Strong email marketing skills, including nurture flows and campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting and messaging for authentic brand voice.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow lead generation across organic social, paid media, and inbound enquiries, so no lead is overlooked.
• Qualify and follow up on sales leads to move them through the sales process.
• Create and optimize lead management workflows and funnels in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Run and improve email marketing flows, nurture sequences, and subscriber campaigns.
• Refine messaging and copy across funnels, emails, newsletters, landing pages, and social channels.
• Oversee Meta Ads strategy and scale effective campaigns.
• Structure and refine landing pages and conversion points using data and heat maps.
• Coordinate lead generation and messaging across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Contribute to blog SEO, newsletter strategy, and broader brand development.
