Qualifications

• 至少1年 outbound lead generation / telemarketing / B2B sales 的工作经验。

Responsibilities

• Find prospective fleets, trucking companies, bus operators, logistics providers, construction companies, tire dealers, and other businesses that regularly purchase TBR tires.
• Build and maintain a lead list using Google Maps, company websites, Facebook, directories, referrals, and other sources.
• Verify each prospect’s company details, location, contact person, phone number, business activity, and likely tire requirements.
• Reach prospects by phone, email, and appropriate business messaging channels; introduce the company and identify the tire purchasing authority.
• Qualify prospects by recording tire sizes, brands, estimated purchase volume, buying schedule, location, and interest in quotations or meetings.
• Follow up with prospects who are interested but not yet ready to buy.
• Endorse qualified leads with notes to the appropriate field salesperson and coordinate timely handoffs.
• Keep lead records, contact attempts, outcomes, and follow-up dates in the tracking system.
• Report daily activity and weekly results (new prospects, contacts, qualified leads, meetings/quotations, accepted leads).
• Share feedback on objections, competitors, and demand by tire size or area with the sales team.
