Job summary

Alpha Cloud Commercial, Inc. is seeking an Outbound Sales Associate to generate new tire business by identifying prospects, making outbound calls and messages, qualifying requirements, and converting opportunities into sales.

You will close orders by phone or online and endorse qualified opportunities to field sales when on-site visits or presentations are needed. Strong English and Filipino communication helps in coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Tire, automotive, trucking, or distribution industry experience is an advantage.
• Confident in making outbound calls, handling objections, following up, and asking for the order.
• Clear communication skills in English and Filipino; regional language like Cebuano is an advantage.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, email, and messaging applications.
• Organized, persistent, accountable, and willing to learn tire products and applications.
• Preference for candidates proficient in AI tools for prospect research and personalized messages; verify AI-generated information and protect data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prospect list of fleet operators, trucking companies, tire dealers, resellers, and other businesses.
• Contact prospects through calls, messages, and email to understand their requirements.
• Present suitable tire options and prepare quotations using approved prices and terms.
• Endorse qualified prospects to field sales when a site visit or meeting is needed.
• Keep CRM and sales tracker updated with results, quotations, status, and follow-up dates.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and report results and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock, delivery and payment requirements.
