Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, customer service, sales, or business development with a consistent track record.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, digital research tools, and data analysis; strong Excel skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset and strong organizational abilities.
• Industry knowledge of recruitment trends, corporate hiring practices, and B2B sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, qualification and discovery through consultative conversations.
• Sales handoff and pipeline support with accurate discovery outcomes.
• Follow pre-sales playbooks, workflows and service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and internal teams to improve lead quality.
