Job summary

Luxury Wellness Living is seeking a Virtual Assistant specializing in B2B lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting from the Philippines. Your role focuses on contacting businesses, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling walkthroughs for our New York client base.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Previous outbound sales experience, strong English, and CRM proficiency are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B cold-calling or outbound sales experience is required.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Experience using CRM systems, Google Sheets, or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B cold calls during New York business hours.
• Identify decision-makers such as Facilities Managers, Property Managers, Operations Managers, Maintenance Managers, Procurement Managers, and Building Managers.
• Introduce PLC Services & Labor and our services.
• Ask about current janitorial, maintenance, construction, or renovation needs.
• Determine when existing vendor contracts may expire or come up for review.
• Obtain decision-maker names, direct phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Schedule qualified introductory calls and property walkthroughs.
• Send approved introductory and follow-up emails.
• Follow up with prospects who request callbacks.
• Maintain accurate notes and lead status in our CRM and spreadsheets.
• Keep future opportunities organized for continued follow-up.
• Provide daily reporting on calls, contacts, follow-ups, and appointments generated.
