SPLACE is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Telemarketer/Virtual Assistant to support growth in the Philippines. You will engage partners on LinkedIn, arrange B2B and pre-qualified meetings, and conduct cold calls for B2C leads from your space, with flexible work setup including office-based or work from home.

The role requires experience in mortgage brokering, financial planning, property investment or telemarketing, proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and real estate

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage brokering, financial planning, property investment or telemarketing.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Engage with potential business partners on LinkedIn and arrange B2B meetings.
• Organize pre-qualified face-to-face meetings for Fridays and manage the calendar efficiently.
• Perform cold calling for B2C leads and schedule meetings.
• Prepare financial strategy documents and conduct calculations in preparation for client meetings.
• Curate and manage lists of property options based on client requirements.
• Compile and prepare investment information packs with detailed suburb and property research.
• Maintain email communications with clients to follow up and respond to all email inquiries
