Job summary

Philteq Enterprise Incorporated is seeking a proactive B2B sales professional in Metro Manila to drive outbound opportunities and close deals. You will build strong customer and dealer relationships, pursue revenue growth, and tailor solutions to client needs while staying current on IT products and industry trends.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales (IT/tech preferred), excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome with internship experience and Bachelor’s Degree are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably IT or technology industry.
• Experience in a contact center with a sales role is preferred.
• Knowledge of networking products, CCTV systems, and IT-related solutions.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet revenue goals for assigned brands.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and develop tailored solutions and strategies.
• Provide product expertise and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, customer interactions, and contracts.
• Work with sales, product management, marketing and other departments to align initiatives.
