Job summary

Multisys Technologies Corporation is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Officer to identify high-potential opportunities and close strategic deals. The role focuses on understanding client needs and applying effective selling techniques to maximize revenue.

You will drive end-to-end sales processes, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SaaS solutions and value. English and Filipino fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Filipino (oral and written).
• Preferably with background in selling B2B SaaS software products.
• Knowledge of system integrations, web services, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, research, pitch, negotiation, closing, nurturing.
• Identifies, analyzes, and closes new business opportunities; develops sales calls, demos or presentations.
• Crafts proposals based on client requirements and liaises with teams to ensure success.
• Ensures proper documentation and builds long-term client relationships.
• Monitors competitors and develops account growth plans; conducts regular business reviews.
