Job summary

Buskowitz Group is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market presence. The role requires a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills to strategically grow the business in the Philippines.

The position covers lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition, and cross-functional coordination with operations, finance, and legal to ensure smooth onboarding and contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Convert leads into paying clients through solution-based selling.
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Track KPIs and report insights to support strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Legal for onboarding and contracts.
