Qualifications

• At least 1-2 yearsexperience in a full cycle Sales role
• Consistent experience with outbound outreach is a must
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Experience in SaaS, Fintech, or AR automation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple inbound leads and prioritize effectively.
• A passion for helping businesses solve real-world payment and AR challenges.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and close deals by understanding client pain points and demonstrating Flywire's AR automation and payments solution.
• Engage prospects in discovery calls, product demos, and consultative sales discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales lifecycle—from first touch through onboarding and handoff.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Solutions Engineering) to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in our CRM system.
• Identify trends in client feedback to influence new product features and improvements.
• Support broader sales and marketing initiatives, including lead nurturing and campaign follow-up.
