Job summary

Satellite Office is hiring for a role in a sales team focused on building a digital marketplace for wholesale money markets and fixed income securities. You will report to the Head of Sales and conduct targeted outreach to finance and treasury teams across Australia to secure introductory meetings and demos.

You will qualify needs, build lists, and maintain CRM records with Firmable and Pipedrive, while developing industry knowledge in treasury markets and fixed income.

Qualifications

• Understanding of how treasury and money markets work, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Confident, composed phone manner when speaking with senior finance professionals.
• Persistence that is consistent and professional, not pushy.
• Clear, polished written communication.
• Working familiarity with Firmable and Pipedrive and careful record-keeping.
• Ability to work from office on 9 to 5 Sydney hours (early start in Manila).

Responsibilities

• Reach senior finance decision-makers through live calls, personalised emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify needs and book meetings and demos for the Head of Sales.
• Work a focused market of roughly 3,000 wholesale entities with tailored research.
• Build and maintain target lists in Firmable and Pipedrive, finding CFOs and Treasurers.
• Keep the CRM sharp by logging activity in real time and refreshing contacts.
• Grow into more: research, target recommendations, campaigns and case studies.
