Job summary

Satellite Office is hiring for a role in a sales team focused on building a digital marketplace for wholesale money markets and fixed income securities. You will report to the Head of Sales and conduct targeted outreach to finance and treasury teams across Australia to secure introductory meetings and demos.

You will qualify needs, build lists, and maintain CRM records with Firmable and Pipedrive, while developing industry knowledge in treasury markets and fixed income.

Qualifications

• Understanding of how treasury and money markets work, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Confident, composed phone manner when speaking with senior finance professionals.
• Persistence that is consistent and professional, not pushy.
• Clear, polished written communication.
• Working familiarity with Firmable and Pipedrive and careful record-keeping.
• Ability to work from office on 9 to 5 Sydney hours (early start in Manila).

About the Role

Join a sales team building out a digital marketplace for wholesale money markets and fixed income securities. You will report directly to the Head of Sales, running thoughtful, account-based outreach to finance and treasury teams across councils, statutory entities, family offices, corporates, education and not-for-profits in Australia. Your goal: qualified introductory meetings and demos, booked straight into the Head of Sales' calendar.

What You'll Do

• Reach senior finance decision-makers through live calls, personalised emails and LinkedIn outreach

• Qualify needs and book meetings and demos for the Head of Sales, who hosts every one

• Work a focused market of roughly 3,000 wholesale entities, where research and tailoring beat call volume

• Build and maintain target lists in Firmable and Pipedrive, finding the right CFOs, Treasurers and Investment Officers

• Keep the CRM sharp by logging activity in real time and refreshing outdated contacts

• Grow into more: industry research, target recommendations, campaigns and case studies as you develop
