Job summary

JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales/Business Development professional in the Philippines (Balanga, Bataan) to drive growth in our tile and building materials portfolio. You will develop sales strategies, acquire new clients, and manage key accounts.

The role requires 1–2 years in marketing or business development, with B2B experience in construction or related industries. You should be confident, presentable, quick to learn, and capable of building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Engineering (Industrial) or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing/Business Development or related field is required.
• At least 1 year of working experience in SALES or PROJECT in construction/building materials or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for sales.
• Acquire new clients and establish new accounts.
• Establish relationships with new clients and manage needs of existing clients.
• Engage in business-to-business (B2B) sales activities.

Education

Bachelor’s/College Degree, Interior Design, Marketing, Engineering (Industrial) or related course

1-2 years marketing/business development experience

1 year sales or project experience in construction/building materials
