Qualifications

This is a full-time position based in Baguio City, Benguet. In this role, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts and generating new business opportunities for our digital marketing and web design services. You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, actively pursuing potential clients and converting leads into long-term partnerships. This position is critical to our continued expansion and success in the competitive digital services marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to identify and engage prospective clients interested in digital marketing and web design solutions


• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to each prospect's specific business needs and objectives


• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through consistent prospecting and follow-up activities


• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with company offerings and client capacity


• Negotiate pricing and terms with potential clients to close deals whilst maintaining profitability


• Prepare and present customised proposals and service packages to interested prospects


• Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction post-sale


• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, communications and outcomes in the customer relationship management system


• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators


• Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activity and client feedback

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or business development within a B2B or digital services environment


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients


• Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals


• Self-motivated and results-driven with the resilience to handle rejection and persist in pursuit of targets


• Basic understanding of digital marketing services, web design, or IT solutions (training will be provided)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management systems


• Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritise effectively


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred


• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential; additional language proficiency is advantageous
