Job summary

You will assign territories and daily priorities, monitor activity and pipeline, coach team members in selling and negotiating, support major client meetings, and prepare forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibility.
• Previous sales supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Strong coaching, target management, negotiation, and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign territories, leads, accounts, and daily sales priorities.
• Monitor sales activity, conversion, pipeline, and target achievement.
• Coach team members on selling, negotiation, reporting, and customer management.
• Support major client meetings and resolve sales execution issues.
• Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and corrective action plans.
