Job summary

Dash10 Managed Services, the Philippine-based rep office of Zeald, seeks an experienced Content Lead to own our B2B content function and turn content into qualified business opportunities.

This role is not a content mill; you will craft trusted, authoritative content for business owners in New Zealand and Australia, across websites, LinkedIn, and email, with a view toward driving qualified calls to our consultants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B content marketing or content strategy.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Experience writing for business owners, executives or professionals.
• Ability to develop a point of view—not simply rewrite information.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Experience creating content across multiple formats and channels.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2B content strategy.
• Research target market, customers and competitors.
• Identify topics and angles that resonate with business owners.
• Write compelling, authoritative B2B content.
• Create content for websites, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Turn complex ideas into clear business content.
• Work with Head of Growth to align content with commercial goals.
• Build content addressing objections, credibility and interest.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing workflow.
• Measure performance and continuously improve the strategy.
