Top Source Executive Search in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Content Writer to collaborate with international clients and produce high-quality B2B content for digital campaigns and lead generation.

You will work with a cross-functional team of creatives to craft messaging across platforms, while aligning with client objectives and content marketing best practices. The role requires onsite work twice a week and availability for US night shifts.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional writing experience with published articles and long-form writing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, Advertising, Humanities, Journalism, Mass Communications, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, and related courses.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, conversational, grammatically correct, and factually accurate content.
• Significant experience making complex concepts easily understood and remembered.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically about content.
• Expertise in content marketing and demand generation.
• Familiarity with business and technology.
• Great research and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to onboard and train new writers effectively.
• Strong quality control and feedback skills to maintain writing standards.
• Amenable to a hybrid setup requiring onsite work twice a week.
• Flexible with US shifts (night shift in the Philippines).

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, research, and produce high-quality B2B content for lead generation.
• Complete audits of client content libraries and advise on TOFU/MOFU/BOFU assets.
• Communicate with CEOs, CMOs, and other leaders to tailor messaging.
• Develop and execute digital content marketing strategy for global tech businesses.
• Clarify requirements and establish content operations KPIs with clients.
• Coordinate priorities and identify dependencies or issues that risk deliverables.
• Collaborate with Design, UI/UX, Video, Campaigns, Data and analyze performance to improve campaigns.
• Train and mentor junior writers.
• Pursue continuous learning on content marketing best practices.
