Job summary

Digital Alchemy Limited seeks a highly driven B2B Social Media & Performance Content Manager in Manila to own organic channels, manage content and native posting, and run targeted paid campaigns to produce high-quality leads and executive event registrations.

You will work with founders and engineers to ghostwrite LinkedIn content, repurpose assets into video/media, and enable sales with high-impact assets and robust attribution.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing social media, content production, and paid ads in a growth-focused B2B setting.
• Proven ability to leverage generative AI tools to multiply output and streamline campaigns.
• Strong track record of fully attributable campaign results across multiple channels.
• Hands-on video scripting, editing, and optimization for short- and long-form formats.
• Ability to translate enterprise tech concepts into business outcomes and ROI.
• Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and GA4.

Responsibilities

• Own organic channels, content calendar, native posting, and rich media asset creation.
• Plan, launch, and optimize lead-gen ads across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
• Ghostwrite and post executive LinkedIn content with founders and technical architects.
• Equip sales with video snippets and micro-stories to target enterprise accounts.
• Design end-to-end event promos and co-marketing with Salesforce partners.
• Ensure 100% lead attribution with UTM tagging and CRM sync; map GA4 events to lifecycle stages.
