Dash10 Managed Services is the Philippine-based representative office of Zeald, a New Zealand company with 25 years of experience helping businesses grow through technology, digital solutions, and offshore talent. We are looking for an experienced Content Lead to take ownership of our B2B content function and play a key role in turning content into qualified business opportunities.
This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't just want to write content—but wants to own the strategy behind it.
The opportunity? Huge.
There's a story that needs to be changed—and we want you to help change it. Selling offshore staffing isn't always easy. Many business owners have heard stories about poor-quality offshore work, communication problems, lack of accountability, and difficult experiences. Our challenge is to change that perception. We need content that demonstrates why the right offshore model can work, what good looks like, and why businesses should trust us.
Your ultimate goal is simple: Create content that earns enough trust for the right business owners to book a call with our consultants.
This role is best suited to someone who is strategic, commercially minded and an excellent writer.
We don’t measure this role simply by:
We care about:
Great Content > Trust > Qualified Interest > Consultant Calls
Your work should help attract the right prospects, build credibility and ultimately contribute to more qualified consultant calls.
You won’t be handed a content calendar and told to fill it.
You’ll have the opportunity to build the content engine from the ground up.
You’ll help define:
We’re not looking for someone to simply receive a content brief and hand back an article. We want someone who can say:
""Here’s what our audience needs to hear, here's why they need to hear it, here's how we should communicate it, and here's how we'll know whether it worked.""
You’ll have the opportunity to build and own the content function, influence how the company is positioned in the market, and directly contribute to business growth.
