Job summary

Dash10 Managed Services, the Philippine-based office of Zeald, is seeking an experienced Content Lead to own our B2B content function and turn content into qualified business opportunities. This role focuses on strategy, research, and credible storytelling to help offshore staffing services gain trust and drive calls with our consultants.

You will build the content engine from the ground up, work with the Head of Growth, and shape how we talk to business owners, executives, and professional

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B content, content marketing, copywriting or a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong experience writing for business owners, executives or professional audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to create content from research rather than simply rewrite existing material.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and buyer behaviour.
• Strong SEO and content marketing knowledge.
• Experience with content strategy and planning.
• Excellent research skills.
• Ability to develop strong opinions and compelling points of view.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Commercial thinking—you understand that content should ultimately support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own our B2B content strategy.
• Research our target markets, customers, competitors and industries.
• Identify high-value topics, customer pain points and content opportunities.
• Develop compelling content that educates, challenges and builds trust.
• Write long-form articles, thought leadership, website content and other B2B materials.
• Develop LinkedIn and social content that positions the company as a credible authority.
• Create case studies, customer stories and proof-driven content.
• Work with the Head of Growth on campaigns and commercial priorities.
• Develop and manage the content calendar.
• Repurpose strong content across multiple channels.
• Use SEO principles to improve discoverability.
• Review content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously test different topics, formats and messaging.
• Help build a scalable content system as the business grows.
