Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a Social Media Executive to plan, create and manage content for a varied portfolio of B2B and B2C clients from a remote team in the Philippines. You will join client meetings to understand business goals, audiences and upcoming activity, then develop monthly content plans and oversee the full content process from research to reporting.

A strong focus on LinkedIn content for professional audiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in social media, content marketing or a similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing recent social media and design work requested.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with strong graphic design ability.
• Excellent written and spoken English; client communication confidence.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram (B2B focus).
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and quality-checking skills.
• Ability to research and understand technical or industry-specific topics.
• Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into content recommendations.
• Good organisational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple clients remotely.
