Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a B2B Collections/Credit Control role.
• Experience communicating with English-speaking clients.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Professional communication across multiple channels (phone, email).
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify root causes to plan actions.

Responsibilities

• Use phone and email to contact clients about outstanding debt issues.
• Decide next steps on a client-by-client basis using defined processes and history.
• Record communications in Oracle Advanced Collections accurately.
• Investigate and resolve unallocated cash occurrences.
• Negotiate payments and solutions addressing client concerns and complaints.
• Prioritize changing workload to hit multiple targets.
• Escalate issues affecting recovery to Finance Services Management or business as needed.
• Ensure tasks meet Service Level Agreement objectives.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes within scope of influence.
• Liaise with Management and Collections Analysts on performance.
