Shell is seeking a Collections Representative for the SBO Manila team to support timely collection of outstanding balances from commercial and industrial energy customers. You will engage with customers by phone and email, conduct account analyses, and collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Credit teams to resolve payment issues and reduce delinquency.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and experience in collections or accounts receivable.

Competenze

• Experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or credit management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, lookups, pivot tables).
• Experience with financial/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative with stakeholders across teams.
• English fluency in written and spoken form.
• Experience supporting global or geographically diverse teams is beneficial.

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of commercial and industrial customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables and meeting collection targets.
• Proactively contact customers by phone and email to collect overdue balances and negotiate payment commitments.
• Perform detailed account analysis, research, and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate and address customer concerns related to invoices and payments.
• Provide professional responses to inquiries and escalations while upholding customer service standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Credit, and Account Management to resolve disputes and reduce delinquency.
• Monitor payment trends and identify potential credit risks; escalate when necessary.
• Establish and follow up on payment arrangements and commitments.
• Maintain documentation of collection activities and communications in relevant systems.
