You will contact clients by phone and email, decide next steps using established processes, and document interactions in the Oracle Advanced Collections system.

The role requires 3+ years in collections, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Excel.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in B2B collections / credit control environment.
• Experience communicating with English-speaking clients.

Aufgaben

• Use calls and email to contact clients about outstanding debts.
• Make decisions on next actions using processes, case history and judgement.
• Record client communications in Oracle Advanced Collections system.
• Investigate unallocated cash and resolve issues.
• Negotiate payments and solutions with clients and address concerns.
• Maintain goodwill with internal/external clients.
