Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven appointment setter to support its B2B outreach initiatives from the Philippines. You will generate qualified appointments via outbound calls and emails, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

You will maintain CRM records and nurture leads to maximize conversions. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in related roles, strong English communication, and a proven ability to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in appointment setting, lead gen, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
• B2B sales or appointment-setting experience is preferred.
• Staffing/recruitment/outsourcing industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach to generate qualified appointments.
• Identify and engage prospective B2B clients through lead generation strategies.
• Qualify prospects based on established criteria and business needs.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date outreach records in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and maximize appointment conversion.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in client interactions.
