Offshore 24/7 is hiring a B2B Appointment Setter to target the Australian market from Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines. This is an office-based, full-time role with a Philippine time day shift and uncapped commission potential.

We're looking for experienced appointment setters who know how to get Australian business owners and decision-makers on the phone and book the meeting.

This is a pure outbound B2B appointment-setting role. You'll work from a provided lead list, follow a proven script, handle objections and book qualified appointments for senior leadership.

Top performers can earn an additional ₱30,000-₱40,000 per month in commission after ramp-up .

What You'll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to Australian businesses
  
• Get past gatekeepers and reach the correct decision-makers
  
• Follow the script while keeping conversations natural and engaging
  
• Handle objections confidently and keep the conversation moving
  
• Book qualified appointments for senior leadership
  
• Record every call outcome and appointment accurately in the CRM

Requirements

You must have:

• At least two years of primarily outbound B2B cold-calling or appointment-setting experience
  
• At least one year of recent experience calling Australian businesses
  
• Proven experience booking appointments with business owners, directors or other decision-makers
  
• A genuine track record of achieving appointment-setting targets and KPIs
  
• Flawless spoken English with a clear, confident and professional phone manner
  
• Strong objection-handling and gatekeeper-navigation skills
  
• The ability to follow a script without sounding scripted
  
• Experience using a CRM and outbound dialler
  
• The resilience, urgency and competitive drive required to perform in a target-based outbound role
  
• Availability to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Monday to Friday

Commission: Uncapped-top performers can earn an additional ₱30,000-₱40,000 per month after ramp-up
