UpraisIT is seeking a results-driven B2B Outbound Sales Representative to join our US sales campaign. You will prospect and engage US-based SMBs, speak with owners and decision-makers, uncover needs, and present an AI-powered business software solution that improves operations.

You should be comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle from discovery to close, while meeting targets.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or outbound sales.
• Experience selling to US-based customers is a strong advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident communicating with US business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based businesses and SMB prospects.
• Identify and connect with business owners, operators, and key decision-makers.
• Prospect service-based businesses and introduce an AI-powered software solution.
• Ask discovery questions to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and identify strong sales opportunities.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and communicate value clearly.
• Handle objections and navigate sales conversations.
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Document calls and sales activities in the CRM.
