Job summary

ConnectOS is hiring a results-driven Account Executive to source and close new offshore recruitment sales opportunities. The role requires a strong background in B2B outsourcing, end-to-end BPO sales, and building client relationships.

You will collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure delivery while expanding existing accounts and negotiating favorable terms. This is a freelance fulltime position with a work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B sales/account management/business development in outsourcing or recruitment, with end-to-end BPO sales experience.
• Proven track record in developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Experience communicating with business owners about outsourcing financials and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and networking to generate leads.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast; update CRM with all client interactions.
