Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff is seeking a Sales Account Executive for a full-time, homebased role based in the Philippines. You will drive a consultative B2B SaaS sales cycle selling a healthcare compliance platform to mid-sized organizations, from prospecting to close.

Expect outbound prospecting, discovery calls, and close collaboration with Customer Success to onboard clients. You will manage pipeline and forecast accurately while staying current on healthcare regulations and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
A consistent record of exceeding sales quotas.
Experience selling mid-market SaaS solutions.
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
Experience with a structured sales methodology (such as SPICED).
Healthcare, compliance, or B2B SaaS experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Generating a significant portion of your own pipeline through outbound sales.
Conducting discovery calls and consultative sales conversations.
Closing deals ranging from $5K-$75K.
Using CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach.
Collaborating with Customer Success for client onboarding.
Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and territory performance.
Staying informed on healthcare compliance regulations and the competitive landscape.
