Beyond Innovations Inc. is seeking a Dealer Sales Manager to drive revenue by managing a network of independent dealers in the Quezon City area.

You will act as a consultant, coach, and partner to dealers to help them increase sell-out volume, improve brand representation, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The role requires 3–5 years in dealer or channel sales, a solid AV industry background, and strong ability to lead multi-step sales cycles while guiding dealer principals toward

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years in dealer sales, channel sales, or distribution management.
• Hands-on experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry.
• Ability to manage a multi-step sales cycle and influence independent dealers.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by developing and managing dealer accounts to hit targets.
• Open new distribution channels and maintain existing dealer networks.
• Provide on-hand support for demos and client presentations.
• Update dealers on prices, promos, and products.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor dealer inventory, sales velocity, and market share.
• Ensure dealers follow branding standards and marketing guidelines.
• Assist dealers with forecasting and product ordering to meet local demand.
• Lead training sessions for dealer sales teams on features and closing techniques.
