Changan Automobile Philippines is seeking a seasoned Dealer Sales Manager to lead and optimize dealer networks across the country. You will break down annual, quarterly, and monthly targets, oversee retail funnel, and coordinate with finance, marketing, and operations to drive revenue growth and improve margins.

Responsibilities include wholesale inventory management, pricing policy execution, target verification, incentive processing, and maintaining strong dealer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• 1. Break down annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets based on business plans and dealer capabilities; track retail and sales funnel data, analyze gaps, drive improvements, and submit regular sales reports.
• 2. Manage dealer orders, vehicle configurations, allocations, and deliveries; monitor in-transit and dealership inventory (including aging and turnover); provide recommendations for restocking and clearing slow-moving inventory.
• 3. Analyze dealer vehicle gross margins, incentive income, promotional investments, and inventory financing costs; explain and implement approved pricing and commercial policies; propose operational improvements.
• 4. Verify target achievement and incentive eligibility against policy criteria; calculate amounts, review documentation, and submit for approval; coordinate with the finance department for reconciliation and settlement.
• 5. Track dealer payments and accounts receivable; coordinate with finance for reconciliation and collection; report credit risks; facilitate vehicle delivery in accordance with approved payment terms.
• 6. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding wholesale financing and retail finance needs; collaborate with marketing teams and dealers to implement promotional programs; track results and maintain partnership relationships.
