Job summary

AUDIO REFINERY INC. in Metro Manila seeks a Dealer Sales Manager to drive revenue by managing a network of independent dealers, acting as consultant, coach, and partner to boost sell-out volume, brand representation, and customer satisfaction.

You will open new distribution channels, support demos, update on pricing and promos, exceed sales targets, monitor dealer performance, ensure branding compliance, forecast demand, and train dealer sales teams on product features and closing techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of dealer sales, channel sales, or distribution management.
• Hands-on experience in Audio-Visual (AV) industry.
• Background in Dealer Management preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-step sales cycle and influence independent dealers (Dealer Principals).
• Knowledge in Audio Visual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through development and management of accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Open new distribution channels and maintain existing dealer accounts.
• Provide on-hand support for demos and presentations to clients.
• Update dealers on prices, promos, and products.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor dealer inventory, sales velocity, and market share; conduct regular business reviews.
• Ensure dealers adhere to branding standards and marketing guidelines.
• Assist dealers with forecasting and ordering to meet local demand.
• Lead hands-on training sessions for dealer sales teams on product features and closing techniques.
