• Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure smooth workflow and high quality repairs.
• Lead service advisors, technicians, and support staff with coaching and development.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the service operation.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements, warranty policies, and dealership standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure proper scheduling and workflow to maximize shop capacity and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized service environment.
• Establish and communicate departmental goals related to revenue, gross profit, CSI, and retention.
