You will monitor quality, productivity, safety, and reporting, mentor staff, and tackle complex vehicle concerns while ensuring backjobs are avoided and tools and equipment are properly maintained.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Automotive Vocational Course.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• NC II Certification.
• Must hold a Professional Driver's License (1 & 2).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in computer use and able to work in a fast-paced workshop.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily workload to workshop technicians.
• Monitor repair quality, productivity, efficiency, and compliance with workshop standards.
• Provide technical support and handle complex vehicle repair concerns.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure repairs are completed without backjobs.
• Monitor workshop tools, equipment, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Lead and coach technicians and address performance or operational concerns.
• Prepare and monitor required performance and operational reports.
