Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in automotive service operations.
• Experience as a Service Supervisor or related roles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, parts inventory management, and workshop operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise personnel and manage daily operations.
• Willing to work on-site and follow the company's schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service coordinators, administrative staff, drivers, and warehouse staff.
• Oversee scheduling of vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, customers, suppliers, and departments.
• Monitor workflow, assignments, and turnaround time to meet targets.
• Manage parts inventory, stock monitoring, replenishment, and handling.
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and usage to prevent shortages.
• Enforce SOPs for service operations, inventory, and documentation.
• Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and service concerns.
• Maintain service records and generate reports.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and standards.
• Assist management with workforce planning and staff development.
• Identify improvements in service processes and cost management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
