Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine service or repair needs.
• Document vehicle symptoms and service requests accurately.
• Perform walk-around inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Recommend preventive maintenance based on guidelines and findings.
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations.
• Explain repairs, labor, parts, warranties, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and timely completion of work.
• Monitor progress and inform customers of delays or changes in cost.
