Job summary

You will greet customers, assess concerns, and document service needs while coordinating with our operations team for timely completion. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in automotive technology, business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar automotive customer-facing role is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive service, repair, and maintenance processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding vehicle service, repair, and maintenance needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries through social media, phone, email, and other channels.
• Welcome customers and assess their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Prepare repair orders, service estimates, quotations, and job orders.
• Explain repairs, maintenance, products, services, costs, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with Operations Head and technicians on repairs and service requirements.
• Monitor progress to ensure completion within agreed turnaround times.
• Provide timely updates on repair status, delays, and required approvals.
