• Explain recommended repairs, costs, and service procedures to customers
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status
• Ensure proper documentation of all service transactions
• Coordinate warranty claims and other service-related requirements
• Conduct vehicle release and explain completed repairs to customers
• Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer procedures
