Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-in transactions, ensuring smooth showroom operations.
• Assist customers regarding vehicle information, service appointments, warranty concerns, and after-sales concerns.
• Provide accurate information about company products, services, and promotions.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the Aftersales Department.
• Escalate unresolved or critical concerns to the supervisor or department head.
