Job summary

YUME MOTORS CORPORATION in Pasig is seeking a BP Service Advisor to greet arriving vehicles, discuss customer concerns, and advise on body and paint issues. You will conduct vehicle checklists and pre-diagnosis, preparing repair orders and tracking progress, then handing the vehicle back with a clear update to the customer.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, at least 2 years’ related experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Automotive Technology.
• At least 2 years’ work experience in the related field.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge in car repair and maintenance practices.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer vehicles and provide consultation on vehicle concerns.
• Interact with customers and upsell Aftersales products and services.
• Conduct vehicle checklists and pre-diagnosis.
• Prepare repair orders and track their status.
• Provide customers with updates and handover vehicles.
