Job summary

Autokid Mobility Solutions in the Philippines is hiring a customer service professional to handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support, ensuring timely resolutions. You will assist with vehicle-related inquiries, service scheduling, maintenance, parts, and repair concerns, while coordinating with Service, Parts, Sales, and other departments to resolve issues.

Keep accurate service records and follow up on requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Experience in customer service or care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with departments.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with vehicle-related inquiries, service schedules, maintenance, parts, and repair concerns.
• Receive, document, and monitor customer complaints and service requests.
• Coordinate with Service, Parts, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Provide timely updates and follow up on pending customer requests and concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service information, and communication history.
• Conduct customer follow-ups and satisfaction checks after vehicle service or transactions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate supervisor or department.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback and identifying areas for service improvement.
• Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
• Prepare reports related to customer concerns, inquiries, complaints, and satisfaction.
• Perform other customer service-related tasks as assigned.
