Job summary

You will document root causes, assist with automations stabilization, and maintain accurate records and audit trails while coordinating with cross‑functional teams for consistent resolution of exceptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with no work experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined human‑in‑the‑loop activities supporting L1 automations, ensuring outputs meet accuracy and governance standards.
• Triage and resolve routine to moderately complex process exceptions from AI agents or automated workflows.
• Escalate complex, ambiguous, or non‑standard scenarios per escalation criteria.
• Review exception trends, error patterns, and workload signals to spot recurring issues or instability indicators.
• Document findings and contribute initial analysis inputs for review by senior team members or governance groups.
• Coordinate with technical partners to support corrective actions.
• Provide inputs to Global Business Optimization leadership using established reporting cadence.
• Liaise with World Area Customer Operations and Quote & Order Operations for process alignment.
• Clarify exceptions impacting downstream workflows and support resolution across automated and manual touchpoints.
